The Reports function is a very practical tool to monitor your vehicles and personnel activities during a given period of time. Different formats are available. It will also help you enhance the accuracy of billing and the precision of scheduling maintenance and repairs. In a few seconds, you can get actionable field details and analysis of all parameters that you have set up for monitoring or warning purposes.

\\Alerts

The Alert Manager allows you to set up different kinds of alerts, that you will receive by e-mail.

The Service Alert will automatically warn the Dealer and the Customer that a given machine needs maintenance.

The most popular one is probably the Geo-Fence. It will send you an alert if a machine is operating outside the authorised zone. Another example of a useful function: the Speeding Alert will notify you if the machine is moving outside the authorised time schedule.
