BHL Expert Program training in Turkey

One of Bobcat’s strengths is our network of knowledgeable dealers who take impeccable care of customers. To make sure that our dealers keep growing and have all relevant, up-to-date information, we set up a series of expert trainings for the Backhoe Loaders (BHL) category. The first event was held in June at our manufacturing plant in Bersin, Turkey in cooperation with the Bobcat Institute and Business Unit.

The program was led by Oliver Bonnet, Gul Nalcaci, Daniel Moreau and Ernesto Anton, along with the valuable cooperation of 20+ team members from the MEA region. Michael Vought (Product Line Director), and Gaby Rhayem (Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa) paid a visit to the training site and added their knowledge of the business with global insights.

The training consisted of 3 days full of sharing priceless experience, business insights and competitive testing analysis. Thanks to our dealers’ expertise, dealerships accross the MEA region will help us provide Bobcat's service excellence to every single customer.
